Below you will find our full privacy policy, however to make it really simple for those of you that don’t have the time, desire or reason to read the full privacy policy, here it is in simple terms without the legal jargon:

We use cookies such as Google Analytics so we can gather statistics on site visits, demographics and what the most viewed pages of our site are. It helps improve the experience. We also use it so we can keep track of progress of courses you have completed, or need to complete.

You can view our site anonymously, however, sometimes we do ask for personal information but only for a specific purpose, like newsletters, or event/workshop sign ups, it is completely opt in and voluntary.

We use SSL encryption which means all the information you enter into forms, or sign ups on our site is secure.


You maybe able to make purchases from our site, but we are not PCI compliant. All transactions are executed by third party processors. At  no point do we store any credit card information on our servers, it’s all handled through the processors who have to be PCI compliant.


Anytime you wish for your information to be deleted, just fire us an email or you can delete most of it from your profile editor on the website, it will be done immediately.

We will never share your personal information outside of the organisation with any third parties.


If for any reason we full subject to a breach, we will certainly do our best  to inform you within 24 hours of it happening. We guarantee to inform you within 7 days.
